Spot On Coffee is a family owned, micro-coffee shop, in Floresville, Texas.  Owners, Nicole and Ryan, started out serving coffee in a converted motorcycle trailer in March 2020.  After 1.5 years of fun, they made the ambitious choice to continue chasing dreams.  With the help of family and friends, they built out the beloved micro-shop building, opening in September 2022.  The opening of the shop brought on amazing changes, growth, and a spot on crew of baristas! 

 

Have you seen animals scattered on stickers, photos on the walls?  Wondered about the unique drink names?  Nicole has always loved animals— and well, has always had spotted animals:  Appaloosa horses, dappled goats and dogs, freckled cats.  It just seemed to fit:  a love for spotted animals and spot on coffee!  Your drinks are named after past/present spotted animal friends:  from Duchess the newly rescued Great Dane, Diamond, Nicole’s first Appaloosa horse, Zoe the Borzoi dog, Poe the orange tabby cat, Delilah the Nubian goat, and other horses: Missy, Joker, Apache… you get the picture :) To see more namesakes, swing on inside the shop and see our photo wall.
